Project SEARCH is a nationwide program that encourages employers to hire people with developmental and intellectual disabilities. I designed and developed online training for managers to learn about the program and tactics for communicating and working with Project SEARCH interns and employees. Along with the multi-part online training, I designed toolkits and marketing materials.
